Monitor delinquent loans.
Resolution of workout credits including, but not limited to, liquidations and foreclosures.
Collection of previous charged-off accounts.
Track, report, and recommend resolutions on sub-standard to charged-off loans including, but not limited to, “watch assets”.
Assist in lease issues (existing and prospects) pertaining to Bank Owned property.
Maintain involvement with branch build-outs and contractor bids, etc.
Communicate credit file documentation to senior management.
Procure 3rd party invoices.
Maintain open lines of communication with debtors and/or their legal representatives.
Maintain professional relationships as source of legal direction and judgement issues.
Monitor and/or ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank operation policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as requested.
College level education or equivalency.
Seven to ten years of banking and loan workout experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel and possesses general computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail/accuracy; congenial interpersonal and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Some travel by vehicle to property and site locations is required.
