  • KEY CONTRIBUTIONS OF FRANCHISE SALES CONSULTANT (FSC)

Our FSC’s are dedicated to finding new leader/owners who will carry us into the future. They enjoy searching for and discovering high potential individuals who are not satisfied with the status-quo and possess a strong desire to help real estate agents grow while being in charge of their own destiny.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated achievement pattern of top 10% in previous endeavors
  • Sense of urgency, team player, self-directed, oral and written communication, impeccable follow-up, organized
  • Ability to deal directly with senior level decision makers
  • Polished and seasoned presentation skills
  • Creative lead-generation abilities
  • Unrelenting voice-to-voice prospecting discipline
  • Impeccable follow-up habits
  • Strict discretion
  • The character to develop long lasting relationships and the integrity to do what is right
  • Franchise Sales or related experience, 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Technical savvy including Contact Management, Social Media and Marketing Tools
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
