The Real Estate Company, located in Winter Park, is seeking a full-time buyer’s specialist. This position is a salaried position.

It will require you have or obtain a Colorado Real Estate License, to cultivate relationships with potential clients, perform buyer consultations and property searches, convert leads to appointments, show properties around Grand County, continually learn about the world of real estate and work as a part of a professional team. The ideal buyer’s specialist will have a professional and personable demeanor, be detail oriented, possess strong time management & organizational skills, have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong computer skills, be resourceful and above all be a team player.

Buyer’s Specialist Job Description

Top Duties

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Management: Qualify new leads, extreme follow up, work lead management platform to identify opportunities
  • Open Houses, Floor Duty, show property and ask for the offer

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Create and manage lead generations
  • Qualify new leads
  • Convert Leads to appointments
  • Schedule and show homes to clients as requested
  • Be a reliable and primary contact for a buyer during their home search process, this may include providing property comparisons to potential buyers.
  • Ask for the offer
  • Create long lasting client relationships in order to generate referrals
  • Attend inspections and final walk through as needed
  • Attend happy hours and other company selected events
  • Maintain a valid Colorado Real Estate License through continuing education
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, good driving record and acceptable insurance
  • Continually work cooperatively with and communicate effectively with both clients and team members
  • Attend daily, weekly and monthly company meetings, file updates and training
  • Preform all other tasks necessary to align with the company’s mission, vision, business principles and core values.

Metrics and Expectations:

  • Generate and close 2 transactions per month
  • Excellent score on client survey
  • Great Attitude and teamwork
  • Proficient management of lead and databases
  • Explain to each and every potential buyer how our team functions and how we serve them
  • Explain the buyer brokerage and get buyer to sign an exclusive right to buy
