  • Act in the role of a character associated with certain games
  • Great customer service

  • Monitor customers during their game play.
  • Provide a positive atmosphere for our customers and coworkers
  • Ensure customers have a great time
  • Provide a briefing and debriefing prior and after their game.
  • Answer phones and take bookings via phone
  • Escalate issues to management
  • Provide clues to customers when necessary
  • Dress in a clean and professional manner
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Bending and lifting no more than 10 pounds.
  • Climbing on step ladders to reset rooms

Work Shifts:

  • Willing to work a varied schedule where hours are not promised
  • Majority of hours will be weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
  • Willing to be notified on short notice for optional extra hours
